B.C. designer’s use of Indigenous art sparks controversy

One of the most prominent designers in B.C.’s Indigenous apparel world is not Indigenous but, rather, licenses designs from Indigenous artists. Chloë Angus has marketed her company as partially Indigenous owned, but that isn’t true.
