
Canada reported 5,713 cases of COVID-19 on Monday, a new single-day record. Both Ontario and Manitoba broke provincial records. Infectious disease specialist Dr. Isaac Bogoch says that’s a very large number of cases for Canada’s health-care system to absorb.
